EN.5 Save Roller Engobe Anti-Stain

The presence of highly basic components in the classical formulations, causes firing transformations with consequent alkaline reactions, when at contact with water, especially for technical surfaces (polished/lapped) and for technical glazes (metallic/dark colours).
EN.5 is a formulation studied with neutral PH to contain these alkaline reactions.
EN.5 also produces the following advantages:
- Increase of the interval of roller cleaning compared to the classical magnesitic formulations.
- ncrease of productivity ( dimensional flatness , regularity of tile pieces , load homogeneity inside the kiln and during the exit procedure)
- It solve all problems of packaging management , eliminating the actual necessity of carton positioning/tile interface.
- Facility of management of “external production” in the phase of cut , rectification , polishing , lapping.
